Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online channels 
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries 
• Prepare and deliver product or service quotes 
• Follow-up on leads and opportunities to close sales 
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems 
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets 
• Learn product knowledge and effectively communicate value to customers 
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic issues or concerns
