Position Overview

We’re hiring Remote Account Specialists to help consumers resolve their medical accounts. If you’re motivated, goal-driven, and confident communicating in challenging situations, this is a high-earning opportunity with long-term career potential.

We provide paid training.

What You’ll Do

· Communicate with consumers by phone to resolve outstanding medical accounts

· Provide clear, professional guidance and offer achievable financial solutions

· Use problem-solving skills to navigate difficult conversations

· Meet performance goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment

What You Need

· High school diploma or GED

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to think quickly and stay professional under pressure

· Drive to meet goals and earn uncapped commission
