Location: Tampa, FL (Warehouse Office)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Travel: Approximately 4 times per year for trade shows
Role Overview
The Sales Support Coordinator ensures smooth execution of sales and commercial operations, including trade shows, promotional events, distributor portal updates, and vendor/retailer paperwork. This role requires a self-directed, outgoing, highly organized professional with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
You’ll work closely with customers, brokers, agencies, and internal teams to keep operations running efficiently and support business growth. This is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that requires the ability to pivot quickly, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain a strong sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate trade shows and promotional events, including travel, booth setup, and documentation.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions in distributor portals and marketplaces.
• Complete vendor and retailer paperwork, compliance forms, and monthly reporting.
• Track retailer deadlines, promotional calendars, and product launch milestones.
• Manage the company master calendar and keep internal files organized.
• Support the sales and commercial teams with sample shipments, forms, and requests.

Preferred Experience
• Experience with distributor portals, e-commerce marketplaces, or retail vendor paperwork.
• Prior experience supporting a sales or operations team.
• Familiarity with CPG, wholesale, trade shows, or supply chain basics.
