ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • The job responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing a small team, oversee financial operations of the organization including finance, accounting, payroll, budgeting & forecasting;
  • Prepare Financial Reports for The Executive Team, The Board & the Finance Committee; manage Audit and 990 preparations & filings.
  • Provide oversight for the managing of banking operations. Provide analyses for various balance sheet accounts.
  • Manage vital relationships with individuals such as auditors, state agencies, and industry-based experts. Direct year-end and program audits.
  • Communicates the financial operation of the Agency to the Executive team to keep them informed and provide financial direction.
  • Ensure that all regulatory fillings are completed and filed in a timely manner. Maintain the records of the agency in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
