Job Summary
The Hotel Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for delivering excellent customer service. This role includes managing reservations, checking guests in and out, handling guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Check guests in and out efficiently while following hotel procedures
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Process payments, prepare invoices, and handle cash and credit transactions
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
- Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems
- Follow security, safety, and confidentiality policies
PAY:Starts at$15.00/hr.
SCHEDULE:Must be available to have a floating schedule and work weekends, as needed, especially during busy season.Floating shifts include 5am-1pm; 1pm-9pm and occasional mid shifts.
REQUIREMENTS:Must pass pre-employment background check. Reliable transportation daily to job location in Perdido Key, FL, if not local to the area.
