Position Overview:
Eclipse Networks is seeking a motivated IT Intern (Hourly) to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity for students or early-career individuals looking to gain real-world experience in IT support, customer interaction, and technical operations within a fast-paced MSP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone and email
  • Assist with computer builds and basic hardware setup
  • Work within the service board to track and manage tasks
  • Accurately document customer issues, resolutions, and work performed in our system
  • Support the team with additional tasks and projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Interest in IT, help desk, or managed services
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative in a team environment
  • Basic technical knowledge (hardware, software, troubleshooting) is a plus
