HR Administrative Intern

Position Overview

The HR Administrative Intern will provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team. This role focuses on assisting with daily HR operations, maintaining organized records, and supporting coordination efforts across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining and organizing employee records
  • Support data entry and updates in HR systems and trackers
  • Help coordinate onboarding activities and track required documentation
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and orientations
  • Prepare and organize HR-related documents and materials
  • Support internal communications and follow-ups as needed
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and document management
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
