About the Role

We’re hiring motivated, creative, and self-driven students for a Marketing Assistant Internship.

This role focuses on real-world marketing, outreach, and relationship-building, giving you hands-on experience working with real estate professionals across the country.

Interns will learn how to:

  • Communicate value to business professionals
  • Build relationships through digital outreach
  • Position a product to attract users and clients
  • Support professionals in growing their business

Weekly Responsibilities (10 Hours per Week)

Interns follow a structured, repeatable system each week:

1. Content Creation & Engagement

  • Join relevant Facebook groups (real estate, investing, business)
  • Write engaging posts that attract professionals
  • Engage with comments and conversations
  • Connect with professionals on social media who want to grow their business
  • Learn and apply strong marketing messaging that attracts clients

2. Professional Outreach

  • Reach out to real estate professionals through:
    • Facebook
    • LinkedIn
    • (Optional) Other platforms
  • Build connections locally through:
    • Phone
    • Email

Goal: Start conversations and introduce professionals to Deal Connect

3. Onboard & Support Professionals

  • Help professionals:
    • Download and set up Deal Connect
    • Complete their profiles
    • Understand how to use the platform
  • Provide ongoing support as they begin using the platform

4. Local Network Engagement

  • Connect with professionals in your local area
  • Build relationships with realtors, investors, and service providers
  • Introduce them to Deal Connect through conversations, calls, or meetings

5. Weekly Progress Report

Track and submit:

  • Outreach activity
  • Conversations started
  • Professionals engaged
  • Content posted

Submitted weekly via a simple form.

Training & Development

All interns will receive:

  • Platform training on Deal Connect
  • Guidance on outreach and communication
  • Marketing messaging frameworks
  • Real-world experience working with professionals
