Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative at Aurora Biolabs, LLC in San Diego, CA. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, and managing sales operations. The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and offer solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights.
- Order Management:
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Customer Support:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and post-sale support.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Science Biology, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
