Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

About The Role

This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to break into sales. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging prospective customers and building pipeline for our Account Executives.

You’ll receive hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship to develop core sales skills, including prospecting, outreach, and discovery.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Follow up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns
  • Schedule meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives
  • Learn and communicate the value of our products to potential customers
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce

  • Consistent daily activity and outreach volume
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback
  • Strong communication with prospects across channels
  • Building pipeline and contributing to team revenue goals

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection
  • Coachable with a strong desire to learn
  • Demonstrated work ethic (internships, athletics, leadership, part-time work, etc.)

Nice to Have

  • Internship or early experience in sales, customer service, or business development
  • Exposure to CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
  • Interest in SaaS or technology

Training & Growth

  • Structured onboarding and hands-on training
  • Ongoing coaching and mentorship from sales leadership
  • Clear career path: SDR → Senior SDR → AE
