Sales Representative
Recruiting Solutions is seeking an exceptional Sales Representative to join one of our clients in the Florence area. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients while advocating for the industry-leading low-noise PC coolers and components. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience to identify strategic growth opportunities and implement transformative sales approaches that enhance our customer engagement and satisfaction.
Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, strengthen, and develop long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients, focusing on understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Create win-win business cases and articulate the company’s brand value proposition.
- Plan, win, and implement go-to-market plans with accounts
- Sales and inventory management, including weekly sales and inventory analysis and retail advertisement analysis
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand
- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve set objectives and optimize revenue growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product offerings and marketing strategies.
Sales Representative Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the technology space
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or ample work experience in a related field or equivalent
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or related industries
- Network in Distribution/Retail/Etail or system integration channel and Industry Partners
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with a high degree of emotional intelligence to effectively connect with diverse clients.
- Ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies that drive results and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
