FlexDeez is a fast-growing brand reinventing how collectors display and protect sports cards. We create clean, professional wall display systems for collectors who want their cards to stand out.

We’re building a content-driven brand — and we need someone who knows how to make people stop scrolling.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a part-time Content Creator Intern to produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram (Reels), and YouTube (Shorts).

You’ll work directly with our marketing lead, who provides weekly concepts and direction. Your job is simple:

Turn ideas into content that performs

This is an execution role, not strategy.

What You’ll Do

Create 3–4 videos per week (15–30 seconds)

Shoot and/or edit content

Add hooks, captions, and pacing optimized for social

Turn 1 idea into multiple variations

Deliver quickly (24–48 hour turnaround)

What We’re Looking For

You actively create content on TikTok/Reels/Shorts

You understand:

Hooks (first 1–2 seconds)

Fast pacing

What makes content feel native (not like an ad)

Comfortable using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools

Reliable, responsive, and consistent

Bonus:

Into sports cards, collectibles, or memorabilia

Comfortable being on camera

Minimum Requirements

Current student

5–10 hours/week availability

Ability to consistently deliver 3–4 videos/week

Access to a smartphone for filming

Compensation

Paid internship

$20–$30/hour or $25–$75 per video (based on experience)

Ongoing work with opportunity to grow into a long-term or permanent role

Paid Test Assignment (Required)

Final candidates will be given a paid test project:

We’ll provide:

A concept

Sample footage (or you can shoot your own)

You’ll deliver:

1 finished video

1 alternate version (different hook or edit)

This is paid and used to evaluate fit, style, and speed.
