Business Development Representative

Restoration 1 of West Denver is seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Representative (BDR) to support continued growth throughout the Denver metropolitan area. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong referral relationships within the local community and representing the company at professional and industry events.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, self‑driven, and interested in a career in sales, business development, or relationship management. This role offers hands‑on experience, training, and long‑term growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with insurance agents, property managers, contractors, plumbers, and other referral partners
  • Represent Restoration 1 at networking events, industry functions, and community gatherings
  • Identify and pursue new referral opportunities within assigned territories
  • Maintain consistent follow‑up with referral partners to remain top‑of‑mind
  • Assist with coordination of marketing initiatives, events, and outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction
  • Track and report relationship‑building activities as required

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence interacting with professionals in a business‑to‑business environment
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities independently
  • Organized with attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Positive, professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Denver metro area

Previous experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, athletics, or customer‑facing roles is helpful but not required.
