Marketing Social Media Intern

Marketing & Social Media Intern (Part-Time, Paid)

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing & Social Media Intern to support our communications team in producing high-quality digital content. This role is ideal for a college student pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field—or a high school senior with strong social media skills—who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and produce engaging photo and video content at school events and on campus
  • Create and edit 2–4 short-form video reels per week (Instagram/Facebook)
  • Design and publish 2–3 additional social media posts per week
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content aligned with school branding and messaging
  • Assist in maintaining a consistent and high-quality social media presence
  • Stay up to date on current social media trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Interest in marketing, communications, or digital media
  • Experience with social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook
  • Basic proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
  • Strong eye for storytelling, composition, and branding
  • Reliable, organized, and able to meet weekly content deadlines
  • Willingness to attend occasional school events (some evenings/weekends may be required)
