Web & Graphic Design Marketing Intern

Location: Hybrid or Remote - [Austin, TX/Washington, D.C.]

Type: Part-time/Intern/20+ hrs/wk

About the Role

We’re seeking a Web & Graphic Design Marketing Intern to support our marketing team across website updates, creative design, and marketing collateral. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both web and graphic design and wants hands-on experience improving a company’s website while creating polished marketing materials.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage website updates in WordPress/Elementor
  • Coordinate with our web development agency on changes, bug fixes, plugins, and tracking codes
  • Create collateral for email, social, blogs, white papers, presentations, logos, swag, and event signage
  • Build and improve templates in Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
  • Support video editing, animation, and AI-generated product/video content, like Arcade AI. 

 

Qualifications

  • Experience with WordPress and Elementor, or willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong design skills in Canva
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Experience with or willingness to learn video editing/animation
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who can research solutions independently using internet/AI tools
  • Reliable internet and personal computer required
  • Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite experience. 

 

Note: Candidates selected for interviews will be asked to present a portfolio or work samples. Preference given to senior or graduate students, but will consider more junior candidates with the right qualifications.
