Entry Level Account Associate
We are hiring an Entry Level Account Associate in California to grow our residential Verizon campaign. You will work directly with local residents to provide expert consultations on the latest mobile devices and data plans. As an Entry Level Account Associate, you will be trained in account provisioning and professional sales strategies through in-person engagement.
The Entry Level Account Associate focuses on the strategic acquisition of new mobile accounts across the region and neighboring cities. You will manage the entire enrollment process, from initial in-person assessments to the final digital activation of new service agreements. As an Entry Level Account Associate, you are responsible for maintaining brand integrity while delivering consistent sales results that hit our expansion targets.
Entry Level Account Associate Responsibilities
- Execute daily in-person residential marketing to introduce residents to Verizon promotions.
- Conduct in-person consultations to evaluate telecommunication needs, driving sales by matching customers with optimized service packages.
- Manage the full enrollment workflow, including device selection and account provisioning to increase sales volume.
- Deliver professional product demonstrations that showcase network reliability to secure high-volume sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the Entry Level Account Associate team to refine engagement tactics and improve personal sales targets.
- Attend workshops to prepare for advanced sales skills and operational oversight responsibilities.
