Entry-Level Business Manager

We are a business consulting firm specializing in sales execution and operational strategy, we are hiring an Entry-Level Business Manager for our Frontier campaign in Camarillo. You will support team coordination, assist in business growth initiatives, and contribute to strategic planning. 

As an Entry-Level Business Manager, you will gain practical experience in supervising campaign workflows, tracking team performance, and coordinating with sales and client support teams. You will assist in executing operational strategies, driving productivity, and supporting business growth objectives. This role includes structured training in management fundamentals within a professional sales and consulting environment, aligned with Frontier’s campaign objectives.

This role extends beyond daily operations—it focuses on leadership development, team coordination, and business impact. By supporting strategic planning and operational oversight, you contribute directly to team performance and the success of Frontier’s campaign initiatives

Day-to-Day Duties of the Entry-Level Business Manager

  • Support daily team operations and workflow coordination to ensure performance targets are consistently met across Frontier campaign activities.
  • Assist the sales team in speaking with customers directly regarding questions or interests in Frontier products and services. 
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor team progress to ensure alignment with campaign goals and productivity benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with sales and client support teams to maintain seamless execution of Frontier’s service initiatives and outreach efforts.
  • Contribute to employee development by supporting internal training programs and mentoring efforts that enhance team capability and campaign readiness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of team performance, campaign metrics, and operational updates in accordance with Frontier’s reporting standards.

What We’re Looking For in an Entry-Level Business Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, team supervision, or campaign operations, ideally within telecom, consulting, or performance-driven environments.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a professional approach to internal coordination and external reporting.
  • Demonstrated interest in leadership development, with the ability to contribute in fast-paced, goal-oriented settings.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support strategic execution.
