Sales Intern
Location: Remote (Eastern Time preferred)
Compensation: $200/month stipend + commission on converted sales
Time Commitment: 20 hours/week (flexible)

We run retreats, coaching programs, and immersive experiences that spark transformation from the inside out.
We’re a small but mighty team of two co-founding women (who double as high-level business, leadership, and life coaches), and we’re looking for a passionate, growth-oriented Sales Intern to support our outreach and sales pipeline. If you're interested in building your sales skills in a values-driven, high-growth coaching company and you want real, hands-on experience connecting with people, building trust, handling objections with care, booking calls, and closing aligned leads, this internship is for you.
What You’ll Do:
As our intern, you'll wear several creative hats and receive hands-on mentorship as you:
What You'll Be Doing (Sales-Focused Role)
- Conduct cold outreach via email, DMs, and phone to qualified leads
- Generate and organize new leads from marketing channels and events
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls directly into the co-founders’ calendars
- Update and manage our CRM (GoHighLevel) with lead notes, statuses, and follow-ups
- Use provided sales scripts and contribute to creating/refining sales workflows
- Follow up with leads through email, text, and DMs to move them through the sales funnel
- Minor support in content creation and community engagement (approx. 25% of the role)

Who We're Looking For:
- A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or related majors
- Someone who is comfortable with phone calls, direct outreach, and building relationships, and who is naturally warm, confident, and people-forward: a proactive self-starter who enjoys connecting with strangers, can handle “no” without taking it personally (or willing to learn how), stays calm and persistent, listens deeply, communicates clearly, and knows how to build trust quickly.
- Detail-oriented and self-directed, with strong communication skills
- Familiar with G-Suite, Canva, and CRM platforms (or eager to learn)
- Interested in personal growth, human connection, and purpose-driven business
- Bonus if you are fluent in Spanish or located in EST
