Account Manager Intern

We’re looking for Account Manager Interns to join our Client Services team. This role is ideal for team players eager to gain hands-on experience in client management and digital strategy.

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist as a liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Help manage and track client requests, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support account strategy and client relationship development
  • Ensure high-quality service aligned with client and business goals

Learning Opportunities

 

  • Shadow experienced team members and support project tasks (ticket creation, follow-ups, etc.)
  • Work on small client assignments and internal projects
  • Analyze assigned clients, develop proactive ideas, and build short roadmaps
  • Draft client communications and meeting agendas
  • Participate in client calls with team support

Requirements

 

  • Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Interest in digital, web, or client services (experience is a plus)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
