Summer Camp Student Success Coordinator

The Greatest Investment Girls Empowerment Program (TGI) Orlando, FL | Seasonal | May–July | 20–25 hrs/week

Location: Orlando, FL

TGI is seeking an energetic and youth‑focused Student Success Coordinator to support our 4‑week Summer Empowerment Camp for middle and high school young ladies. This role helps ensure smooth daily operations, strong student engagement, and high‑quality program delivery.

Responsibilities

Support daily workshops, leadership activities, and enrichment sessions

Build positive relationships with campers and track attendance/engagement

Assist with mentor and volunteer coordination

Facilitate activities and support logistics during camp and special events

Capture photos/videos (with consent) and upload to shared drive

Maintain organized records and submit brief reports

Participate in weekly staff meetings

Qualifications

Passion for youth development and girls’ empowerment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience working with teens (preferred)

Reliable transportation for field trips and off‑site activities

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

Social Media experience is a plus
