Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Scientist Intern to join our Applications team. This internship provides hands-on experience in color development, quality testing, and innovation. The intern will work closely with experienced food scientists to support the creation and improvement of color in applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory tests, including sensory, stability and shelf-life evaluations
- Record, analyze, and report stability data
- Practice quality assurance and follow food safety procedures
- Support application scientists in laboratory projects
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA guidelines)
