Full-Time Opportunity
Old Dominion Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team in beautiful downtown Charlottesville, Virginia.
Our Charlottesville location provides comprehensive small animal care, including wellness, illness, and urgent cases, in a supportive Monday–Friday schedule—no nights or weekends required. We prioritize work-life balance while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

Our Facility
You’ll have access to modern, high-quality equipment, including:

- In-house laboratory and advanced IDEXX diagnostics

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a veterinarian who combines strong medical knowledge with empathy and excellent client communication.
- 2+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply—we’re happy to mentor and support your growth
- Interest or experience in surgery and dentistry is a plus

- Four-day work week (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
