What You'll Do

• Build Delphi "minds" end-to-end: structure, test, and iterate on creator profiles until they feel sharp and on-brand
• Turn messy inputs (calls, docs, source material) into polished, high-quality versions fast
• QA conversation quality and flag audio issues (noise, echo, clarity) that affect output
• Move across whatever is highest-leverage that week — product testing, ops execution, creator support
