We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Specialist Intern  (Short Video + Livestream) to join our fast-growing team in Irvine, California.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about short-form video, live streaming, and social media growth, especially in the context of AI, education, and career development.

Irvine, CA (On-site required)

🚀 What You’ll Do

You will work directly with our core IP (founder/expert) and be involved in end-to-end content creation and growth:

Create and execute short-form video content for Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat Channels

Assist with video shooting, basic lighting, and editing

Support livestream sessions (script prep, coordination, post-stream analysis)

Write engaging video scripts aligned with trends and conversion goals

Track and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions)

Stay on top of platform algorithms, trends, and viral content formats

✅ Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Required)

Familiar with at least one platform: Douyin / Xiaohongshu / WeChat Channels

Experience in video shooting or content creation (camera or mobile)

Strong sense of internet culture and trends

Ability to write compelling, hook-driven scripts

Self-motivated, fast learner, and execution-oriented

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

Experience running a personal social media account

Experience with livestreaming (even at a basic level)

Familiar with editing tools (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.)

Understanding of content growth and conversion strategies
