Product Marketing Manager

Abacus Business Computer (abcPOS) is a New York City-based point-of-sale(POS) systems company that provides one-stop solutions from POS systems to merchant services to growth marketing. With over 30 years in the industry, abcPOS serves more than 6,000 customers and has 40,000 devices installed. The company's customer base ranges from restaurants to retailers, e-commerce to franchise to international groups.

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive abcPOS growth in English and Chinese markets. You’ll lead go-to-market strategies, manage product launches, and create B2B marketing campaigns with measurable impact.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Craft persuasive bilingual (English/Chinese) product messaging.
  • Align marketing efforts across product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Develop sales materials (presentations, case studies, product sheets).
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Baidu).
  • Analyze performance data to enhance results.
  • Manage bilingual social media and content channels.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s a plus).
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of product marketing experience.
  • Strong grasp of strategy, segmentation, and positioning.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Bonus: SaaS, POS, or payment solutions experience.
