What This Role Involves
You will speak with warm inbound leads who are actively seeking help. Your role is to build rapport, gather key information, and set qualified appointments for our Analyst team.
This position requires comfort with:
- Structured performance goals
- Consistent call volume
- Coaching and feedback
- Multitasking between conversation and documentation

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective clients
- Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads
- Build trust and gather qualifying details
- Overcome objections professionally
- Set high-quality appointments with decision-makers
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM
- Work consistently toward daily and weekly goals
Requirements
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Ability to type and document while actively speaking with clients
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems and multiple screens
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work assigned shift and every other Saturday
Call center or appointment setting experience is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided.
Compensation & Growth
- $14/hour guaranteed base pay
- Uncapped commission + performance bonuses
- First 60–90 days: Most new Specialists earn $3,500 – $5,000 per month
- Experienced, consistent performers earn $5,000 – $8,000+ per month
Income increases with consistency, skill development, and appointment quality.
