Internship Details:
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Schedule: 10 hours per week
- Pay: $14/hour
- Start Date: Week of April 6 (adjust if needed)
About the Role:
This is a hands-on internship focused on building and improving systems that support business growth. You will work directly on tools, automation, marketing systems, and process improvements that help the company run more efficiently and scale.
This is not a passive role—you will be actively contributing to how the business operates behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
Systems & Operations:
- Assist in building and organizing workflows in GoHighLevel
- Help improve internal systems for lead tracking and customer flow
- Organize and optimize Google Drive and internal processes
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Marketing & Growth Support:
- Assist with Meta ads (setup, monitoring, basic optimization)
- Support lead generation efforts and tracking
- Assist with light content support when needed (not the primary focus)
Automation & AI Support:
- Use AI tools to help streamline processes and content
- Assist with setting up basic automations (email, follow-ups, workflows)
Customer Support (Limited):
- Assist with light email or system-based responses when needed
- Support backend systems that improve customer experience
What You Will NOT Be Doing:
- No heavy phone support
- No primary responsibility for customer service
- No repetitive paperwork or DMV tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Interest in systems, automation, or business operations
- Comfortable learning new platforms (GoHighLevel, Meta Ads, AI tools)
- Tech-curious and willing to figure things out independently
- Able to take initiative and execute without constant direction
Bonus (Not Required):
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools
- Experience running or analyzing Meta ads
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
