AI Agent Intern
About the Role:
We're looking for a curious, technically strong summer intern to help us design and build AI agents that automate business processes and present actionable insights from data. You'll work to prototype intelligent workflows, connect diverse data pool to agents, and help turn manual, repetitive business tasks into automated, scalable solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and test AI agents to automate business workflows and dashboard creation
- Collaborate with business and operations stakeholders to identify high-impact processes that are candidates for AI automation
- Build analytics-driven agents capable of querying diverse structured and unstructured data, generating reports, and identifying trends and anomalies
- Prototype multi-step agent workflow (e.g., data ingestion → analysis → summarization → action) and document their architecture
- Evaluate agent performance, identify failure modes, and adapt on prompts, tools, and logic to improve reliability
- Present findings and prototypes to the team in a clear, well-structured way
What We're Looking For:
Required
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python and comfort working with APIs and JSON-based data structures
- Familiarity with LLMs and at least one agent framework (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
- Basic understanding of SQL and working with structured/tabular data
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on ambiguous problems
Preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Exposure to business intelligence tools (Power BI a plus)
- Understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation techniques
