Digital Media & Community Outreach Summer Intern Chinese American Coalition for Compassionate Care (CACCC / 美華慈心關懷聯盟)

📍 Fully Remote — Open to California Residents Only 💰 $20/hour | 🕐 20 hrs/week | 📅 8–10 Weeks | Starting June or July 2026

About CACCC

We are a nonprofit on a heartfelt mission — empowering Chinese American families to face the end of life with dignity and respect. We spark conversations that are often left unspoken in our communities through education, storytelling, and bilingual outreach.

What You'll Do

Website & Digital Content (Primary)

  • Upload, organize, and maintain content on our WordPress website
  • Improve site layout, usability, and content organization
  • Increase searchability by tagging and categorizing digital assets

Social Media & Outreach (Secondary)

  • Create and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Produce short video reels highlighting events and programs
  • Design graphics using Canva or Photoshop
     

What We're Looking For

✅ Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university 

✅ Chinese heritage with fluency in Chinese (Traditional Chinese a plus) 

✅ Hands-on experience with WordPress and video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve) 

✅ Active experience managing social media channels 

✅ Self-starter who works independently and meets deadlines 

✅ Bonus: Interest in healthcare, public health, or nonprofit work
