What You’re Walking Into
We are building a real estate media machine that:
- Generates inbound seller and buyer leads

You won’t just “post content”—you’ll learn how content turns into deals, commissions, and cash flow.
Your Role (Execution-Focused)
1. Content Production Engine
- Film, edit, and publish daily short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Turn real deals, client stories, and wins into high-converting content
- Rapidly test hooks, formats, and messaging
2. Podcast Growth & Distribution
- Assist in running a real estate/investing podcast
- Clip long-form into viral short-form content
- Publish across platforms (Spotify, Apple, YouTube)
- Help source and prep high-value guests
3. Growth & Analytics
- Track what works (views → leads → deals)
- Optimize content based on performance, not opinions
- Help build repeatable content systems

Minimum Requirements
- Basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
