Graphic Design & Social Media Intern

Design & Collateral (Primary Focus)

• Create leasing flyers and brochures
• Format pitch decks and broker opinion of value (BOV) presentations
• Clean up, label, and enhance floor plans and site plans
• Design offering memorandums and marketing packages
• Build and maintain branded templates
• Ensure visual consistency across all materials

Social Media Support (Execution-Based)

• Design social media graphics and carousel posts
• Turn deal announcements into polished, on-brand posts
• Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across platforms
• Schedule posts and organize the content calendar
• Repurpose existing materials into digital content

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Canva and Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Excellent typography and layout instincts
• Clean, modern, design-forward aesthetic
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable executing within established brand guidelines

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience managing LinkedIn content
• Interest in commercial real estate, retail, or urban development
• Familiarity with luxury or architectural branding

Commitment

• 10–20 hours per week
• Hybrid schedule; in-office preferred (Dallas)
• Flexible scheduling around academic commitments
