Responsibilities

• Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) including posting schedules and engagement monitoring
• Create ad material and visual content for new marketing campaigns and store promotions
• Develop promotional ads supporting seasonal campaigns, product launches, and in-store initiatives
• Conduct research and use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and audience engagement
• Assist with planning and executing digital marketing calendars and promotional schedules
• Monitor competitor marketing activities and identify emerging trends in retail and convenience store marketing
• Support brand consistency across all digital platforms and promotional materials

Skills Needed

• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with current social media trends and digital marketing practices
• Creative and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to understand company branding to effectively promote the business
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and marketing tools
