Personal Injury Law Clerk (Summer)
Summer Law Clerk Internship (2L/3L)
Husband & Wife Trial Team | Personal Injury Law
Are you a driven 2L or 3L law student looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-focused litigation environment? Join a dynamic husband-and-wife legal team known for delivering exceptional results and building meaningful client relationships.
This is not a “sit on the sidelines” internship — you’ll be immersed in real legal work, gain direct mentorship from experienced trial attorneys, and play a key role in helping clients navigate some of the most important moments of their lives.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist attorneys with case strategy, legal research, and drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Support pre-litigation and litigation case development
- Participate in client intake and observe client interactions
- Help analyze medical records, case files, and liability issues
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial prep (as available)
- Collaborate with a tight-knit legal team that values accountability and results
What We’re Looking For:
- Current 2L or 3L law student in good academic standing
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- A proactive, “own it” mentality — someone who takes initiative and follows through
- Interest in personal injury, litigation, or trial work
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment
- Someone who wants to learn, grow, and contribute — not just check a box
What You’ll Gain:
- Direct mentorship from experienced trial attorneys
- Real-world exposure to both pre-litigation and litigation processes
- Meaningful, hands-on legal experience (not just administrative tasks)
- Insight into how a successful, growth-minded law practice operates
- Opportunity to build relationships and potentially grow with the firm
Why Join Us:
We’ve built our practice on trust, results, and a shared commitment to doing right by our clients. As a husband-and-wife team, we bring a unique dynamic — combining different strengths, perspectives, and leadership styles — c
