What You’ll Do
Start conversations with customers in-store
Share the story behind the brands we represent
Ask questions, understand needs, and make helpful recommendations
Keep interactions positive, engaging, and informative
Work with your team to hit outreach + sales goals
Bring energy, professionalism, and authenticity every day
Compensation
Base Pay: $15–$20/hr
Typical Total Pay (with commission): $20–$30+/hr
