Operations Lead (Full-Time, Paid) – Delet.com

We’re hiring an Operations Lead to join Delet.com, a fast-growing PropTech startup changing how apartments get leased.

This is not a typical ops job. You’ll work directly with the founder and be in the middle of everything that makes the company run.

What you’ll do:

Run day-to-day operations and keep things moving fast

Coordinate between clients, team, and field activity

Build and improve internal systems and workflows

Solve problems in real time and make things happen

Help scale the company as we grow

What we’re looking for:

Sharp, organized, and moves fast

Takes ownership and figures things out without being told

Strong communication

Wants to learn how a startup actually works

Comfortable in a fast, no-BS environment

Details:

Full-time role

$60,000/year

Los Angeles (in-person)
