What You’ll Do
Create scroll-stopping short-form videos (Reels, Shorts)
Turn viewers into clicks, sign-ups, and enrollments
Rapidly test hooks, formats, and angles
Jump on trends but make them convert, not just go viral
This Role Is NOT For You If:
You’ve never had a video hit 200K+ views
You need heavy direction to create content
You don’t understand retention, hooks, or storytelling
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
At least one video with 200K+ views
At least 5K+ engagements (likes/comments/shares) on a video
Proven ability to create high-retention short-form content
Deep understanding of Reels / Shorts trends
Ability to adapt fast and iterate based on performance
Bonus Points If You:
Know how to create conversion-driven content (not just viral content)
Have worked with startups or DTC brands
Understand how to build trust with parents / education audiences
