Trusts and Estates Assistant-Paralegal

We’re expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our Trusts & Estates practice.

 

Our growing Trusts and Estates firm is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide support to attorneys and clients. The role involves handling a broad range of responsibilities related to estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters—while maintaining meaningful client contact.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting attorneys with estate and trust administration tasks
  • Preparing and organizing legal documents and correspondence
  • Communicating with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals
  • Maintaining accurate records and assisting with case management activities

 

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years’ experience in a professional office environment, preferably in legal, financial, or administrative services

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with estate or trust administration is valued but not required—training and professional development are available for the right candidate
