As our Marketing & Community Intern, you’ll help build that connection from the ground up, gaining real-world experience across social media, event coordination, outreach, and content creation.
This is a hands-on, high-impact internship. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals in a fully remote environment, contribute to live campaigns, and see the direct results of your work.
What You’ll Do
Social Media & Content
- Assist in managing Ardor’s Social Media accounts under mentor guidance
- Draft and schedule social posts spotlighting therapist stories, culture, and career tips
- Help track engagement metrics and prepare simple performance summaries
- Research trending topics in allied health to support content ideation
Ardor Aspire Program Support
- Help promote and coordinate virtual events for new graduate therapists
- Assist with logistics: calendar invites, reminders, and post-event follow-up
- Collect attendee feedback and compile results for the team
- Learn how to build community programming from the ground up
University & Program Outreach
- Research physical therapy, occupational therapy, and SLP programs at universities across the U.S.
- Help draft outreach emails to program directors and faculty
- Maintain and update outreach tracking spreadsheets and pipelines
Internal Culture & Events
- Support virtual event coordination for the remote Ardor team
- Help draft internal communications, invites, and event recaps
- Contribute creative ideas for team engagement and culture initiatives
What You Bring
Required
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Genuine enthusiasm for social media — you’re active on LinkedIn, Instagram, or similar platforms and understand what makes content perform
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced marketing professionals
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with the healthcare, therapy, or allied health space (PT, OT, SLP)
- Any experience with Canva, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar tools
- Prior involvement in student organizations, event planning, or campus outreach
