Upper Grades Math Specialist 

We are currently seeking an Upper Grades Math Specialist. The ideal candidate is a professional who shows initiative, self-development and carries an active interest in life. Waldorf teachers are always learning and researching in preparation to create a multi-sensory and challenging learning environment that addresses the whole child-cognitively, socially and creatively. 

The Upper Grades Math Specialist is responsible for planning and executing age appropriate math curriculum including lessons, homework, and evaluations for grades 6, 7 and 8 utilizing the Saxon Math series in coordination with the class teacher for each grade. This is a part-time hourly position of 20 hrs/week for the 26-27 school year. 

The ideal candidate will be a certified Waldorf teacher or possess experience in a Waldorf school. A Bachelor's degree is required.
