Entry Level Manager
Forge Management is a business consulting firm located in Phoenix, AZ, and we are looking for an Entry Level Manager (AT&T Sales) to help us support our top client AT&T and generate revenue. The Entry Level Manager is actually the one who makes things happen. You’ll support and grow a portfolio of AT&T business accounts, focusing on wireless, internet, and VOIP solutions. The Entry Level Manager will expect client meetings, day to day business sales, proposal work, and a steady stream of “how do I change my plan?” questions which you’ll handle like a pro!

As an Entry Level Manager you will work closely with business owners providing insight on AT&T’s products and services they can offer to have their business needs met.
Core Objectives Of The Entry Level Manager (AT&T Sales):
- Meet with business customers to review current services and identify opportunities to upsell AT&T wireless, internet, and VOIP.
- Close sales in-person and virtually by presenting tailored solutions and securing agreements.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and renewal documentation.
- Track account performance and revenue in CRM; forecast monthly results.
- Coordinate installations and service changes with operations and AT&T partners.
- Proactively prospect for new business within assigned territory.
- Attend weekly sales reviews and contribute to team targets.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
- 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience; internships or campus sales experience count.
