Business Development Representative

We’re currently looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Phoenix. In this client-facing role, you’ll be the primary point of contact between local businesses and one of the most well-known names in telecommunications. You’ll provide top-tier customer support while introducing innovative wireless and communication solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

What You’ll Do as a Business Development Representative:

  • Engage directly with business owners to provide support, guidance, and customized service recommendations

Use strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues, identify customer needs, and ensure a positive long-term experience

  • Become an expert in our service offerings—including wireless, internet, TV, and phone—so you can confidently explain features and suggest upgrades
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our internal tools and CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including support, sales, and billing to handle more complex customer inquiries
  • Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and a calm, customer-first mindset
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with product knowledge, service policies, and industry best practices

What Makes a Great Business Development Representative at Forge:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role preferred
  • Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator—comfortable engaging with a wide range of people
