Sales Associate/Specialist/Manager

Our client is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of electrolytes for the secondary battery industry. As they continue to drive the North American EV revolution from their hub in Commerce, Georgia, we are seeking strategic and results-oriented Sales Professionals to manage and grow partnerships with major battery cell manufacturers and automotive OEMs.

▣ Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Tier-1 battery cell manufacturers and automotive OEMs in North America.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze secondary battery market trends and competitor activities to develop and refine North American sales strategies.
  • Technical Sales Support: Identify customer technical requirements and collaborate with R&D/Production teams to propose optimized electrolyte solutions.
  • Commercial Operations: Lead or support the full sales cycle, including RFQ responses, pricing negotiations, contract reviews, and revenue forecasting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee order backlogs and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery to key accounts.

▣ Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Sales or Business Development. (Experience in battery, chemical, or automotive components industries is highly preferred. Level will be determined based on experience).
  • Language: Professional proficiency in English (Required).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally to international locations as required.

▣ Preferences (Plus Factors)

  • Proficiency in Korean is a plus (Helpful for coordination with Global HQ).
  • Solid understanding of secondary battery chemistry or the EV industry supply chain.
  • Established professional network within major battery manufacturers (e.g., LGES, SK On, SDI) or global automotive OEMs.
