The Role:
As a Technology Support Intern, you will play a key role in supporting daily IT operations and contributing to the optimization of systems across the firm. You will assist with technical troubleshooting, systems analysis, documentation, and strategic IT initiatives under the guidance of experienced technology professionals. This role provides exposure to information systems, network operations, cybersecurity best practices, and technology planning in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
Location: Orlando, FL
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with IT procedures, documentation, and daily operational support
- Help identify system needs and areas for improvement
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance tasks
- Contribute to network optimization and performance monitoring
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and technical issues
- Assist with IT projects, inventory management, and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of networks, operating systems, or system administration concepts (a plus, not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ticketing systems a plus
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
