What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support Role: Assist senior and junior consultants in managing client projects, providing necessary support for successful project execution.
• Research and Analysis: Contribute to market research, data collection efforts, and analysis to provide valuable insights for marketing strategies.
• Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the team on executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
• Team Participation: Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• Learning and Development: Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and professional growth, seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in marketing and consulting.

How We Work Together:

• Independent Contractor Model: You’re an independent contractor (not an employee), which means you determine how and when you work to meet project deliverables.
• Your Intellectual Property (IP): Any tools or resources you bring to projects remain your property. Four Peas can use your IP during active projects, but after your work ends, continued use would require a separate agreement (e.g., licensing fees).
• Client Relationships: While working with Four Peas, we’ll collaborate to identify which clients are "Established Clients" for the purposes of non-solicitation. For six months after your contract ends, we ask that you don’t solicit these specific clients for competing services. This ensures clarity and fairness in our partnerships.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Flexibility in Rates: Your hourly/project rates are negotiated based on your experience and expertise, starting at $20/hr.
• Performance-Based Opportunities: You may also be eligible for performance incentives depending on client outcomes.
• Independent Taxes and Tools: You’re responsible for managing your own taxes, equipment, and professional expenses, as is standard for independent contractors.

Work Environment: All of our work is remote, so you’ll need your own desk, laptop, and smartphone. The position is primarily sedentary but may include networking events, community engagement, and occasional travel.
