Early Childhood Intervention Specialist
Madison-Champaign Educational Service Center is looking for an energetic, patient, and creative teacher for a preschool classroom. Applicants should be able to share how they would develop a nurturing and creative program suitable for preschool children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with early learning standards
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Monitor and assess student progress and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members
- Collaborate with related service providers and staff
- Maintain compliance with all state licensing and program requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid Ohio Department of Education (ODE) teaching license in Early Childhood Education
- Experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
- Knowledge of early childhood best practices and curriculum development
