The Opportunity

Core Responsibilities
- Professional Liaison: Act as a key point of contact by calling clients, insurance companies, and agents to facilitate critical workflows.
- Workflow Management: Execute administrative Workflows and daily office tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Operational Support: Support the team in navigating complex insurance documentation and internal administrative processes.

What We’re Looking For
- Availability: We are looking for someone to join us for 30+ hours a week. We offer flexible scheduling within our standard office hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Interns must be currently enrolled, or intend to enroll in the upcoming semester, at a Virginia college or University (including Public, Private, & 2- or 4- Year institutions). Interns must have a high school diploma and cannot already have completed their undergraduate degree.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
