Job Opportunity: FIA Content Creator

The Fusion Industry Association (FIA) is seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator to support our growing communications and outreach efforts.

Reporting directly to the Director of External Affairs, the ideal candidate is passionate about fusion, excited about shaping the narrative of a rapidly growing global industry, creative, and eager to contribute across a range of platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write content for FIA newsletters, social media, and website
• Support communications campaigns and broader storytelling efforts
• Create visual content and graphics aligned with FIA branding
• Multimedia content production including podcast and video editing
• Collaborate with the team to highlight key policy, industry, and event developments

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Experience with graphic design (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools)
• Creative with strong attention to detail

Requirements:

• Based in Washington, DC (in-person work required)
• Demonstrated writing ability 
• Prior experience in graphic design

Salary:

• Commensurate with experience, $50-60k
