Job Title: Marketing Intern – Social Media & Growth
Company: MedSpa
Location: Phoenix & Scottsdale, AZ
Duration: 3-Month Internship (Stipend based on experience)

We are looking for a creative Marketing Intern to support our MedSpa clinics with social media content and growth marketing initiatives. You’ll create engaging short-form videos and assist in campaigns to drive brand awareness and membership growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create 5–10 short-form videos weekly (Instagram Reels, TikTok)
  • Support digital campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Manage posting schedules, captions, and hashtags
  • Track performance and optimize content
  • Assist with promotions and membership growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and video content creation
  • Basic understanding of analytics and social media performance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

  • Experience growing social media accounts
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Mailchimp
  • Interest in healthcare, wellness, or MedSpa industry
