Job Title: Office Manager
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and other communications.
Sort and distribute mail and packages.
Greet clients and visitors as needed.
Manage Server filing system.
Archive information on to our servers and various databases.
Updating files, maintaining documents, and organize server folders.
Help organize and maintain office common areas.
Perform general office clerk duties and errands.
Book events, educational meetings, holidays, and other vendor reservations, as required.
Coordinate client jobs as necessary.
Maintain supply inventory.
Maintain office equipment as needed.
Help brokers with marketing and invoicing.
Skills Needed:
Excellent computer skills, social media saavy, and other digital devices.
Superior organization and archiving skills.
Experience as an office assistant.
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Great communication skills.
Good as prioritizing
Have a valid driver's license.
