REGIONAL TOURNAMENT OPERATIONS

The operators are the planners, organizers and helpers behind the scenes. This position is offered at both a part-time or a full-time capacity. This position would also be based in Sarasota/Bradenton, FL area.  The job is remote but some travel would be required. Here are some of the job duties:

- Create content for social media marketing

- Update tournament websites

- Apply for sanctioning

- Develop marketing strategies for each event

- Work on site during events

- Assist with check-ins

- Work on logistics with athletic trainers, referees, golf carts, porto-potties, etc

Operations:

- Process tournament permission to host applications with state associations or governing body.

- Set-up tournaments within Gotsport, or other application software.

- Develop tournament schedules to account for team requirements, referee availability, field availability and coaching conflicts.

- Manage all event staff, referee assignor, and medical staff.

On-site Tournament Director:

- Assist operations with development of logistics plan.

- Communicate scheduling with referee assignor and local parks and rec for field loading and scheduling.

- Ensuring success of overall event and watching over the event
